THE ASSUMPTION OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY

Next Wednesday 15th August is the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a holy day of obligation. There will be a Vigil Mass at 6 pm on Tuesday.
Masses on the Feast Day are 7.30am; 8.30am; 11.00am; 12.00 noon (Choir); 1.00pm; and 5.30 pm

Philosophy of Edith Stein - Reading Group

We will hold a free summer presentation/discussion: Is Death an Experience? on Wednesday, August 15th from 3:00 – 4:30 in the Edith Stein Room, St Teresa’s, Clarendon Street. The speaker is Dr. Kenneth Casey, Professor in the Religion department at Hopkinsville Community College, Hopkinsville, Kentucky USA. Further information: 087 318 7226

Encounter Christ in the Power of the Holy Spirit
"Living Water prayer group for young adults invites all WMOF pilgrims to a faith-building evening of praise, worship and prayer at St Teresa’s Church , Clarendon Street on Wednesday August 22nd at 7.15pm. It will be followed by a social gathering for all visitors to this official pilgrim church of WMOF. You are so very, very welcome!"

THE RELICS OF SAINTS LOUIS & ZÉLIE MARTIN AND SAINT THÉRÈSE OF LISIEUX 

The next visit of the relics to St Teresa’s will take place on Thursday 23
rd
August from 4.00 pm until Saturday 25th morning.  
All are welcome to venerate the relics.

NIGHT FEVER - 5.00 to 10.00pm 24th August.

Night fever is an open night of prayer organised by young people who want to pass on the love of God that they have been experiencing for themselves. We invite passers-by on the nearby streets to come into the Church and light a candle, enjoy the beautiful music and be in the loving presence of God. We begin with Mass at 5pm on Friday . Please join us and pray for the success of this mission.
