Any personal information which you volunteer to us will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Any information which you provide is not made available to third parties and is used by us only in line with the purpose for which you provided it. Your personal data may also be anonymised and used for statistical purposes.

Requests regarding data supplied via this website
On request, we supply copies of your personal data which you may have supplied via this website. If you wish to obtain your data you should include any personal identifiers which you supplied earlier (e.g. Name; address; phone number; e-mail address). Your request will be dealt with as soon as possible and will take not more than 30 days to process.

If you discover that the information we hold about you is inaccurate, please let us know and we will correct it. In certain circumstances you may also request that data which you have supplied be deleted. Once you inform us of your wish we will delete your data immediately.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. How long we retain your data
